REFUND POLICY

We do not accept refunds or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.

We will only issue a refund if items are defective or damaged. Our policy lasts 15 days from the date the order is placed. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We are not responsible for any delays happening because of the conditions which are not in our control.

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will transfer the money to your bank account within a 15 working days.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have not received a refund after 15 days of the approval email please contact us at info@gigglebuns.co.

REFUND PROCESS

Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Only regular priced items may be refunded if they are defective, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

The cost of shipping for refund shall be borne by the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
